Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of the sales team.
• Sales Strategy:
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet business objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Identify and address client needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Sales Operations:
• Oversee the sales process from lead generation to contract closure.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to optimize sales efforts.

• Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track performance and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
